Based on a paper collage by Charlotte Culot, this work translates torn paper fragments and layered surfaces into textile. Soft neutral tones reflect her affinity for understated colours, while variations in pile height recreate the depth and irregularity of the original composition. Woven traces of paper-like forms preserve the spontaneous quality of the collage, balancing softness with subtle movement across the surface.
